EKL is a operational distribution software system that allows the leading markets in Denmark to track and manage their delivery and pick up services performed nightly at different locations by various carrier companies. It has a back end to assign and track tasks given to couriers, as well as a mobile application for field service workers to perform jobs efficiently and get notified about any tasks assigned in real time.

EKL includes various features such as live locations, tracking, statuses shown on maps on mobile devices as well as the back end. It shows statistics such as progress, completed jobs, online couriers, live locations etc. Jobs can also be split between service workers.

It is fundamentally a generic distribution software system in which any kind of courier can perform a job. Different carrier companies of different industries can be linked to it. For example, distribution, cleaning, food delivery, library, packages, newspapers, pharmaceutical items and so on.

In case of pharmaceutical deliveries, the service workers also give proof of delivery in form of a signature on the mobile app.
